SOLIDS TOLL MANUFACTURING
Production is mainly devoted to the batch production and filling of both liquid and
solid chemicals according to customer-specific formulations and mixing requirements.
Chemical raw materials stored in the logistics area of the company are used as a basis.
Our solids production is equipped with two stainless steel ploughshare mixers used to produce solid mixtures with a batch size of 200 – 2,000 kg / batch.
We also offer the gentle mixing of sensitive substances by means of the drum hoop mixing method.

- Mixing options for all classes of hazardous substances in the areas of powder, granulates and salts
- Cutter heads for cutting up caking
- Nozzle fittings for the insertion of liquid substances (perfumes, surfactants, etc.)
- Programmable sequence control for the production of sensitive mixtures (100% reproducibility)
- Loedige ploughshare mixers, FKM 1200, FKM 1500 und FKM 2000
- Gentle mixing of sensitive substances by means of the drum hoop mixing method

VARIABLE FILLING POSSIBILITIES
- Semi-controlled filling possibilities available for filling content volumes of 5 – 1,000 kg in buckets, sacks, barrels or big bags.
